A Platform for Multi-Omics and Imaging Analysis

iSysMet (integrative Systems Biology Method) is a cloud-based platform that consists of computational tools that can be assembled into a pipeline to help uncover the relationships between diseases and analytes. The tools apply statistical, network-based, and machine learning methods for differential analysis of omics data. In addition, they can be used for integration of multi-omics and imaging data acquired from the same set of samples to investigate disease-associated analytes at the systems level.
